Philosophy
BELONGING
Prairie Meadows believes that children should feel welcome, accepted, and valued as part of the community in which they live. By being shown that they have a special place here to grow and thrive within a warm, nurturing, and secure environment during the most critical years of their development.
QUALITY
Prairie Meadows believes in providing safe, accessible childcare within a stimulating educational program based on an emergent curriculum. Intentional play experiences are developed to meet the interests and needs of the children in our care.
EXPLORATION
Every child is an active and engaged learner who explores the world around them. Our goal is to provide a stimulating environment that promotes investigation, play and inquiry.
CONNECTION
We believe parents/guardians are the most important people in children’s lives. At Prairie Meadows, we engage as co-learners with the children and families. Our goal is to establish secure relationships with the children in our care. Promoting security in the early years creates a sense of safety and is crucial to child development.
Program Goals
The goals of Prairie Meadows are:
Families are made to feel supported as we assist in caring for their children
